3 looks for Leith Jeans by Nordstrom’s

Finding multiple looks for one new item shouldn’t be difficult, but if you are like me – it is a TASK! When I got these jeans I was so excited that I had outfit ideas flowing out of my ears for days….. and then when it came down to actually styling them, well I got stuck. Sometimes when you have such tunnel vision you forget about the items you already have. Then you impulsively shop and have more clothes than you know what to do with but never know which new top you want to wear… So I got focused. And came up with these 3 looks…The common items:

Look #1:

This top has been in my closet and I probably wore it 3 times. Still looks like new because it has been sandwiched between other pretty shirts that I have dubbed too pretty to wear. Its 2018 – enough of that nonsense! I am going to wear this really pretty shirt…It is a gorgeous navy top that I picked up from Dynamite a few years ago. The sleeves have a pretty slit which makes it breathable when you are walking around NYC and sweating because you forgot what warmer weather felt like. And we can’t forget the knotted front…. this was designed perfectly because I had no struggle making the “perfect knot” … although I did have to double knot it for walking purposes due to the material, or maybe I walk 25MPH?

Look #2:

White on White on White! Although I am using heavy contrast and warmth filters here to make my snow white pale ass skin not blend in with my top, I LOVE THIS WHITE LOOK!This ASOS white body suit has been on my list of spring shit to wear. When purchasing body suits do pay attention if it is a thong body suit so you aren’t surprised when you get it – like I was. The bodysuit fits very comfortably and I really want to get it in black as well so my collection will be complete 🙂

A few weeks ago I headed over to H&M by my office to check out the blazer selection since it was a huge topic amongst my female coworkers. Let me set the scene first: Time Square – lunch hour. Walking in I was beyond excited to see the blazers showing everywhere and my options were endless, well then the crowds happened and I couldn’t find my size and my jacket was too heavy so I started to panic and retreated back to work with no blazers purchased. Anxiety, no one invited you!! Thank goodness this blazer was available online because I could not return to the store for awhile haha. This white blazer is a linen blend, so this is perfect for the spring and summer. I love that it is light weight and doesn’t feel super formal. If you follow me on instagram (which you totally should), I did a quick haul on my instastories about this. Typically I would be a size 6, my arms aren’t a size 6 length so I would be swimming in the sleeves… the size 4 is a little snug and I didn’t think I would be able to get it buttoned comfortably – BUT TODAY I DID! Point is if you want your blazers to be more fitted try the size below your normal size to see if there is an extreme difference. You can always scrunch up the sleeves as I have done here or even roll them up – the options are there for you!

Look #3:

Keeping the white blazer as part of this look was a suggestion from my dear friend Nicole. She is getting style credit for this because well I texted her 40 photos of outfits and she helped me decide on which I should shoot. My indecision can get out of hand so I always rely on my friends to pull me out of the upside down. My favorite color combo is black and white with gold accessories – from the winter I wanted to keep these really cute bralettes from Free People to wear in the spring and summer. Taking a dynamite racerback tank (closet archives) that I already had to layer this look I was able to achieve the cute layered look with the perfect hint of lace.I really loved how this look turned out because it is everything I love about my style – jeans, black and white with my gold accessories and oversized sunglasses.
